Ten youths get Golden Globe awards

VGP – Deputy PM Nguyễn Thiện Nhân on December 29 presented the 2011 Golden Globe awards to 10 young people whose achievements have brought about high socioeconomic effectiveness.

The 2011 Golden Globe award went to 4 categories, namely information and communications technology, medicine and pharmaceutical technology, biotechnology and environment technology.

The youngest award winner was Nguyễn Vương Linh, born in 1993, a student of University of Technology under the Hà Nội National University.

On the occasion, 20 prizes were also given to 20 IT female students from 18 universities nationwide.
